New President for the Kent County Maryland Lodging Association

Time passes and events unfold. This past Week saw Cassandra Fedas Owner and Innkeeper of Great Oak Manor Inn finishing her two year term as President of the Kent County Maryland Lodging Association and turning the reins of President over to Joanne Rich owner and Innkeeper of Huntingfield Manor. The past two years were full of events aimed at boosting tourism in Kent County Maryland and bonding the strategies of all twenty one members of the Kent County Maryland Lodging Association into a cohesive unit.
This tradition of unity and marketing strategy will continue to build the tourism awareness for residents on Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York as the plan there leisure time in this scenic area of the Chesapeake Bay. Sailing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hunting, sporting clays, antiques, art galleries, Sultana events, Washington College sports and social calendars all contribute to the enjoyment of this natural wonderland in the upper Chesapeake Bay. The Kent County Maryland Lodging Association exists to make these unique attributes of Kent County available to the Mid Atlantic community and will continue this strategic marketing under the new leadership in the months and years ahead.
